People sometimes ask how long I've been coaching. The short answer is, I've been a coach in one form or another all my life, and I stepped fully into the profession in 1999. It's true. I'm a certified and credentialed coach who, in addition to building a thriving international coaching business, has taught coaching courses for one of the largest coaching schools in the world for five years. AND I suspect coaching is in my DNA!
Clients tell me I'm a natural; it sure feels that way. I'm enthusiastic, insightful, intuitive and honest. And I walk my talk. I'm a big picture person with sensitivity to the details. I take to heart my calling to partner with people who are willing to step into more responsibility for creating the lives of their dreams. My coaching style is organic, warm, and user-friendly, mixed with flavors of spicy humor and compassionate rigor. Together, my clients and I go to their center, their edges, and beyond – dancing with vitality and vulnerability, with bravery and boldness. MAGIC is created by people who live their lives consciously and courageously, through reflection, choice and commitment. These people are my clients.
Having an assorted array of interests and talents, I bring a diverse background of life experience to my business. Beyond my education and various career and entrepreneurial adventures, I discovered "experiential learning" and that's where I found my niche. I've spent the past 20 years exploring the realms of personal and professional potential, with an intentional thread of spiritual discovery woven throughout. Some of the many hats I’ve worn include coach, teacher, mentor, leader, facilitator, trainer, author, creative designer.
On the personal coaching side of BOLD MOVES, Relationship, Sexuality, and Creative Expression are my specialties, where I work one-on-one, in pairs, and in groups. Discovering what it is to be a dynamic spiritual being utilizing the human experience to create a rich, meaningful life is the best use of my strengths and where I naturally shine. It's also where my personal clients enjoy the results they desire.
On the corporate side of BOLD MOVES, my specialties include leadership and talent development, relationship building, and enhanced communication. Over the years, I've worked with executives in roles ranging from CEO to various high and mid-level management in industries that include finance, technology, manufacturing, health and human services. Whether it's one-to-one coaching, partnership/team building or organizational work, it's amazing to consistently witness how supporting people to shine in their strength and integrity increases success and satisfaction exponentially.
